Basic Hybrid Membership:

One Drop in semi private sessions per week combined with monthly personal online programming built around your schedule. Includes progress reporting and assessment. Monthly commitment. 

Space limited-

Breakfast Club:

Eight drop in semi private sessions per month. Includes mobility/recovery classes when available. Includes monthly personal online programming built around your schuedule with progress reports and assessments. Monthly commitment. 

Space limited-

Open Gym:

As many drop in sessions as you would like per month. Up to 8 private sessions per month. Monthly Personal online programming built around your needs and schedule. Progress reports and assessment also included. 3 month commitment.

Why Hybrid Programming?

The hybrid training plans utilize a combination of an online training program delivered directly to the athlete via smartphone app with weekly drop-in semi-private gym sessions. This allows experienced athletes to optimize their physical development regardless of their schedule, weekly travel routines, equipment access, or ability to make it to a fixed gym location on a consistent basis.

 

This program provides weekly in-person coaching, while delivering the workout program and tools to empower experienced athletes to train daily.
